projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

A new fabric for Balenciaga craftsmanship

Balenciaga – The Plant is the result of the regeneration of a 1960s industrial complex, transformed into a new production hub and training centre dedicated to artisanal manufacturing. Developed by MetroOffice Architetti, the project preserves the original identity of the building through an intervention that brings together memory, efficiency and the quality of the working environment.

The redevelopment involved the steel structures of the industrial buildings, the upgrading of the building envelope and the installation of mullion-and-transom curtain walling, designed to increase the amount of natural light entering the production areas.

The project gives renewed value to more than 8,000 square metres of industrial heritage, transforming steel and glass into connecting elements between production architecture, professional training and the culture of making.
