projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Cles 2026

Production plant

Cles, large-scale structures for the apple industry

The new Melinda production facility in Cles modernises one of the principal industrial centres in Val di Non through architecture that combines efficiency, flexibility and sensitivity to the landscape. Designed by Studio Azzali, the complex replaces part of the existing facilities and introduces new processing spaces organised around the evolving requirements of the Consorzio Frutticoltori Cles.

The project encompasses detailed design development, the construction of structural steelwork and the creation of a complex, high-performance building envelope. Long spans free the production areas from intermediate obstructions, while façades, roofs and enclosure components form an integrated system developed to ensure construction accuracy, durability and high-quality working environments.

Steel plays a central role in the project, translating production requirements into an orderly, contemporary complex focused on innovation and people’s wellbeing.
