Jesolo, residences suspended between sky and sea
The Sky Villas are located at the heart of the Jesolo Lido Design District. Conceived as an exclusive residential development, the scheme establishes a direct relationship between the living spaces, the seascape and the central park. Designed by Karpf Architects, the seven-storey complex comprises 40 residences, including four panoramic penthouses, offering a high degree of privacy and a seamless continuity between interior and exterior spaces.
The envelope is defined by complex mullion-and-transom curtain walling and extensive glazed surfaces, designed to maximise natural light and views across the surrounding landscape. The transparency of the façades follows the geometry of the building and contributes to the creation of bright, open interiors, while maintaining high levels of technical performance and construction quality.
The project brings together technical precision, lightness and residential comfort, creating a contemporary architecture in which glass becomes the connecting element between the domestic realm, the sky and the sea.
