Office building
Pisa, a new identity in steel and transparency
Designed by Cristofani Architettura, the new headquarters of CEMES S.p.A. is a contemporary office building that combines efficiency, comfort and high-quality working environments. Offices, communal spaces and landscaped areas are integrated within a complex designed to encourage openness, natural light and interaction.
The project includes more than 185 tonnes of steel structures and approximately 2,500 m² of glazed façades, articulated by elegant aluminium solar-shading fins. The envelope system regulates daylight and solar gain, adding depth and rhythm to the elevations while helping to control the building’s environmental performance.
Through the dialogue between transparency, structural precision and metal solar shading, the project defines a distinctive, technologically advanced architecture centred on people’s wellbeing.
