projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Office building

Milan, a glass diamond in the new skyline

The S2C Tower, known as “Il Diamantino”, was developed at the heart of Milan’s business district as the insurance company’s new headquarters. Standing 42 metres high and comprising nine storeys above ground, the building introduces a compact, faceted volume into the Porta Nuova cityscape, reflecting the light and geometries of the surrounding skyline.

The architecture combines different construction technologies: a reinforced-concrete structural core, exposed load-bearing timber elements and floor structures, and a fully transparent envelope. Glass mullion-and-transom curtain walling wraps the tower in a light, precisely executed surface, allowing the building’s structural grid to remain visible from the outside.

The project brings together innovation, transparency and material quality, making the façade the principal expression of identity within a new work of Milanese office architecture.
