projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Pescara, suspended geometries for the new business centre

Designed by Studio Fuksas, the De Cecco Business Centre is generated by the superimposition of two strongly contrasting volumes: a lower L-shaped block, articulated by horizontal lines and deep voids, and a suspended, ring-shaped upper volume whose curved, enveloping form establishes a distinctive presence within the urban landscape.

The upper structure is defined by a three-dimensional steel space frame comprising thousands of geometrically distinct members and nodes. This supports a double-skin glazed façade with a complex triangular pattern. In the lower block, mullion-and-transom curtain walling and full-height glazing maximise natural light and provide flexibility in the organisation of the interior spaces.

The development brings together structural engineering, transparency and formal freedom, transforming steel and glass into the generative elements of a dynamic, suspended and highly recognisable architecture.
