Rovereto, new structures for industrial growth
The expansion of METALSISTEM’s headquarters responds to the need to increase the production capacity and operational efficiency of an industrial company active on an international scale. Designed by architect Andrea Galvagni, the project comprises two new buildings to the north and south of the existing plant, providing a total floor area of 13,800 square metres.
The works include the load-bearing steel structures of the two industrial halls and the entire external envelope, incorporating windows, rooflights, wall openings and large-scale doors. Each component has been designed around the functional and logistical requirements of the production process, ensuring structural strength, spatial flexibility and continuity with the existing industrial complex.
The project combines construction efficiency, technical precision and large-scale delivery, creating new production environments designed to support the company’s future growth.
