projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Headquarter

Geneva, a façade in motion

The headquarters of SPG – Société Privée de Gérance was created through the conversion and expansion of an existing building on the edge of central Geneva. The project by Giovanni Vaccarini Architetti renews the complex through a vertical extension and a new envelope that radically transforms its identity while improving the quality of the working environment.

The unitised façade consists of prefabricated glass-and-aluminium modules, overlaid by a second skin of screen-printed glass fins arranged at varying depths and intervals. The system protects the interiors from solar radiation, promotes natural ventilation within the façade and maintains a visual connection with the urban landscape. The steel structures supporting the vertical extension and the façade complete a technically exacting intervention.

The building consequently takes on a constantly changing appearance: light, reflections and transparency dissolve the outlines of the volume, transforming the envelope into a dynamic and recognisable architectural element.
